St. Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland. His day is celebrated on 17th of March. Here are the symbols of this day:

2. Leprechaun /ˈlep.rə.kɔːn/ - a little guy dressed in green who lives at the end of the rainbow and owns the pot of gold.

Przypominamy:

W celu przygotowania się do konkursu, uczniowie powinni poznać podstawowe informacje o najsłynniejszych miejscach w Londynie (np. Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Tower Bridge, London Eye...) zamieszczone w Wikipedii. Należy również bardzo uważnie przyglądać się materiałom zamieszczanym w kąciku języka angielskiego (gazetka ścienna).

Do konkursu przystąpią tylko ci uczniowie, którzy w trakcie roku szkolnego wykonają minimum trzy prace plastyczne o najciekawszych miejscach w Londynie i zamieszczą na nich samodzielnie wykonany krótki opis, np. This is Big Ben. Big Ben is a bell. It is very old.
